 + -1 moreBobby Lee taught me that "class A contractor" means nothing - Absolutely nothing. He also taught me that a really great looking biz card means nothing - Absolutely nothing. Bobby Lee is aggressive and unprofessional. A bully in the classic sense. He just doesn't know what he's doing and dances around the issue. The "gaurenteed" price means nothing - Absolutely nothing. I've learned that if it isn't fun from the start then walk away. The aluminum wrap he put around my doors don't completely wrap the doors. There are gaps in his work and never was there a chance to have him back out to fix the several problems he created. I've never heard from him again. Keep him away from your property.
Description of Work: Well - Let's see: Bobby Lee was recommended by a contractor we had doing some work for us. I had a water leak coming through my deck into my basement and I needed to find out where it was coming from and how to stop it. Bobby Lee told me wraping the 3 doors on the deck would cure the problem. I've been a field technician for 30 years and usually find the source of the problem before I recommend a fix. But I don't know how houses are put together and Bobby Lee is a class A contractor so I trusted him. Bobby Lee is intimidating and aggressive and told me he would "gaurentee" the fix for $400.00 - He eventually came out about a month later without calling first and had most of the wraping on the doors. That fix didn't work at the end of the day and I still had water in the basement. He then asked me to buy him $85 worth of aluminum and he'd buy back what he didn't use. He came back out and finally discovered the cause of the leak but didn't fix the issue - Just patched it up and wanted another $300.00 which I left him a check for. I never got a nickle for the aluminum I bought him but I'm glad to have him off my property.
