I was desperate and decided to reach out to this business on a holiday weekend. To my surprise she called me back quickly and scheduled to come out next day. Timely, personable, knowledegable. I am not a fan of chemicals being sprayed but I did what had to be done. There was no harsh scent or anything like that. The only other concern I had was she didn't have booties on when walking through my home. Next time I will make sure I have them available.

When Melanie arrived she explained what she was going to do, and how long the treatment would last.  She explained when follow ups need to happen.  She was helpful in both word and deed making sure she treated everything, and Melanie gave us the information we needed to keep our home pest free.  For instance, in the crawl space, she showed us what would attract bugs and helped us remove those items.  Although it has only been a few days since the treatment, we have not seen any bugs. She also pointed out potential mold issues and how to resolve those as well.
