He did a great job with the first project. When we wanted to hire him for the second job, he never returned our phone call after many attempts.

Mike Alexander with Alexander Backhoe Service was working in the area and quoted a job at our home. A very large mature white pine tree had fallen during a storm in one of our fields. The quote was competitive and considered the fact that he had equipment in the area. Once we said OK, he didn't hesitate to get started. He immediately alerted his crew and they began the work quickly, as Mike indicated while quoting the job.
The work performed was professional beyond my expectations; did what he said he would do and then did a few extra things because he knew we likely needed the service (no extra charge - just good old fashion customer service). I highly recommend Alexander Backhoe Service for similar jobs. Mike explained the company also provides footings (experts), hauling and excavating. This company will get all of our future work without a doubt - highly recommended.
