We've used them for years.

We are on an annual contract with them.

The initial quote went fine, they showed up on time and were nice.  I wanted to 1 service and if I liked it, start a contract with them.  The difference in price from a 1 time service to a monthly contract was too large in my mind so I did the contract to get them going.  They left ruts throughout my yard multiple times and did not care about it.  I sent them pictures over and over of where the riding mower was tearing up spots in the grass with each stop and start.  Finally they claimed they would come back and reseed those spots but they never did.  I was very upset and wanted out of the contract but they refused.  I found them severly lacking in customer service.  I also had to correct their accounting several times, they lost a check I sent them and I had to show them a copy of it.  The pricing up front is good, but in retrospect I would have done the one time service and determined for myself what the service level looks like.

Terrible service. Rarely could reach anyone at their phone number provided. Usually got an answering machine. Sometimes the machine was full for two days at a time, and couldn't even leave a message. When I did speak to Shelly, she didn't listen. I have two gates to the fenced in back yard. I didn't want them driving their huge machine over my new walkway to go through one of the gates, so I requested they use the other gate. Twice they didn't go into the back yard because they didn't get the message straight,. I finally stopped using them for the back yard and mowed it myself. There was no set schedule I could count on...they came whenever they could get to me, which often meant the lawn went two weeks without being mowed. They also did a sloppy job of blowing the clippings and cleaning the front curb. I found Shelly to be short with me, very defensive, and downright rude.
