Kevin of Advanta West came for an estimate for my mold issues in my crawspace In Hanover, He went under and took pictures to show me the issues - explained my options - settled on a solution within my budget - replaced insulation in crawspace did mold remediation and put down vapor barrier - approx 1,000 sq ft crawspace- did not try to hype the issue or upsell me on other crawspace work - workers were professional and cleaned up well - highly recommended-

This provider was absolutely amazing! The owner, Kevin Dumville, could not have been more professional. My wife and I are senior citizens, and our situation was very difficult for us, but Kevin helped us through it with his kindness. He answered all our questions clearly and was very accommodating. He provided us with a fair estimate and excellent results. His technicians were very polite and took pride in their work. The job was completed in a timely manner and looked wonderful. We are so pleased with the quality of this provider's work and would highly recommend this company.

Kevin was very kind, and understanding with our needs and the fact we were overwhelmed with the mold in my elderly fathers home. He answered all of our questions and we had a lot of them. The only slip was the work was to start on the 8th of October but somehow got overlooked but once Kevin was made aware of this, he booked us for the next day and the work was completed in a timely manner. Kevin's team arrived right on time and did a good job removing the dry wall and cleaning up the mess. Kevin was also able to provide us with names of other contractors (for example, drywall installers, A/C installers etc). We need to have the attic looked at once we clean out my dad's belongings and we will call Kevin and his team to see if there is any mold up there as well.
