   Our relationship has worked for several years and I get a timely response from the owner whenever I call.  Overall the service has been great.

They did a good job but the problem is with billing.They will give you a price to cut your lawn but when you get the bill the following month after their services the bill is higher.My wife before we got married called to complain about the bill being incorrect and the person on the phone said it is correct when the bill is not.I have called them since they are threaten to take legal action for a bill that is incorrect.I called but just got a answer machine so I left a message with my cell phone number and my name when I told them yes WE due owe you $40.00 plus late fee of $4.91 which is a total of $44.91 .I sent a check for what WE really owe them.I also told them I don't know how you got the extra $40.00 .When you call you get a answer machine or the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it.They do not have a office where you can go in to pay your bill in person. Here is some good advice. 1. Get the price of the work in writing on their letter head or business card.Keep this information! 2. Keep all your billing statements from them and check to make sure YOU are not being over charged. 3. If they do not have a office and someone to answer the phone this should tell you something is not right with the business. 4. Do not give them your credit card or debit card information to them to be billed.
