The Physical Therapist took me to the treatment room where he applied the electro-stim therapy while chatting with me and the weather. Once I was done, I was taken to the chiropractic treatment room when Dr. Davis talked to me about what was bothering me (my neck). Once we talked, She had me lie down and she adjusted my neck. She had a very gentle touch and I felt so much better afterwards.

Overall my experience my excellent. Everyone that I worked with was both professional and friendly. They were able to make my first appointment within several days of my first call. I am available during the day so I had no problem getting appointments that were convenient. I cannot speak to the availability of appointments for those needing to schedule around their own work day. The treatments worked well. I experienced some relief. This is an ongoing problem and therefore, was not fully resolved. But, I do not expect for it to be fully resolved! The only negative part of the experience is the parking. There is a sports club in the same complex and if they are having a class, parking is tight but, I always found a space - maybe not a very close space - but a space nonetheless. I would use them again should the problem flare up to the point that I need treatment.
