Stellar job both times. Mr. Ibanez was fast, least expensive and very professional

Not well. Jose came and got it working, but it died again after a few hours. Called the next day (Saturday), got their voicemail, but no callback. Jose also shut off our main water valve and forgot to turn it back on. Charged $200 for cleaning coil and filters. Only positive was their fast response on a Friday evening. But they ruined it by not returning our call when we called the next day to inform them that it had stopped working.
