The process of buying a home is stressful and thanks to ProSpect Inspection Services, I did not make a really costly mistake in purchasing my condo. Tony was great, very patient and provided a 100+ page home inspection report that was detailed and actionable. Tony's "post-sale" service was top notch, he was able to help me troubleshoot my HVAC issue after we bought the house. I will recommend Tony and his company without reservation!

Tony was there before I got there, and already working! He was extremely thorough, and explained everything to me so that even a complete novice like myself was able to understand. His knowledge and experience is evident. Ours was a big project, but his detail to his work never wavered or lessened the entire time. He took the time after the long day to go through all his pictures and explain what he had covered that day. I highly, highly recommend Tony. You will not be disappointed in the least!

Tony Kelly provided expert and punctual service, inspecting a home I purchased from top to bottom, finding issues I never would have noticed. He then provided a written report, complete with photographs of problem areas, allowing my Realtor to negotiate proper credits for repairs and serving as a guide to me for future maintenance. We found Tony Kelly through our wonderful realtor who had used him before. As first time home buyers, it can be nerve racking and stressful going through this process. Mr. Kelly was professional and friendly. He stayed longer than he had to answering all of my many questions and even making recommendations on some easy fixes for our new home. Before he left, he even offered for us to call him no matter when with questions (which I've done). He made the home inspection process as painless as possible.
