As I recently hired ProperLux Enterprise, for a deep cleaning service. I am beyond impressed with the results! From the consultation to the finished results, the experience was seamless, professional, and exceeded all my expectations. The cleaning team arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to go. They were courteous, respectful of my space, and even took the time to walk me through their cleaning plan before getting started. As well as The booking process was quick and easy. Their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and took the time to understand my specific cleaning needs. ProperLux Enterprise never showed up to perform house cleaning services scheduled at 0800am on Monday, 8 July 2024 to my home. I didn't even receive a phone call for a cancellation. Now I have to find another cleaning service.

Trinity is a gem to work with. She’s reliable, hard-working and has reasonable rates. Although my project was outside her normal scope of interior cleaning work, she dove right in and did an amazing job.

Amazing, this young lady single handedly cleaned my entire apartment from top to bottom. She deeply cleaned every single room. Miraculously tackled every detail from base boards to walls and floors. She even folded my linen. My oven and microwave looks as if It was never used. My whole apartment resembles a space that was just moved into after Proper Lux services. I am forever greatful and now a monthly recurring customer. Thank you so much for such an amazing job !
