We've been using Pet Domestic for over a year and have been very pleased with the regular communication when they come so I can always double check the fence gate (they have never left it open!) or bring the dogs inside if they happen to be out. I've also been very happy that they seem to get all the dog poop in the yard every time. I also like that they take the full bags away, unlike their competitor.

We have used Pet Domestic for several years, and I can't recommend them highly enough! They come when they say they'll come and they do a great job cleaning up our back yard.

Pet Domestic is completive in pricing to other big name brands around us. But above and beyond that, they do a FANTASTIC job! They go behind the bushes, in the landscaping by the pool (without having to ask) they are thorough, quite and polite. We are so happy we found them. Ethan is also very responsive to any email or question. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

We used a competitor service, Duty Calls, for weekly poop scooping for more than a decade. Several months ago, we finally decided to make a change and are very glad we switched to Pet Domestic! We were never that pleased with Duty Calls' performance. They missed a lot each week. And often they would show up a day late with no advance communication. Any time I'd call the local branch number, I'd get the voicemail for a different company (owned by same local people). And it would take days for someone to call me back. During the COVID pandemic, Duty Calls started not showing up at all for weeks at a time without any warning. We were of course empathetic up to a point. Eventually, zero or unannounced sporadic service became a real problem. And no one from the local branch would return my calls. We started picking up the yard ourselves. Then someone from Duty Calls would show up -- like the next day, to a clean yard -- and still expect to get paid the full amount for a normal visit. Duty Calls' representatives at the national level were helpful in getting me refunds and adjusting billing. But the pattern with the local branch continued ... After several months of this, I decided to see what other options might be available to us and found Pet Domestic. Pet Domestic comes when they way they're going to come. They do a great job getting all the waste. Scoopers who come to the property speak English and are always super friendly and very kind to our pets. The owner often checks in to see how things are going. And I've always been able to reach the owner (also very friendly and helpful) directly on the first call when I've had a question. I wish I hadn't waited so long to find them! Highly recommend.

I left my former waste removal service (big name brand service) due to the fact that they were A) more expensive, B) could not accommodate my schedule. This service met both. I have one dog and every other week was what I wanted, and with these folks I got it. They were a bit less expensive as well. The service was great and they did a very thorough job. win-win

Both the person I spoke with on the phone and the technician were very professional and did what I requested, which was to give me an eta so that I could make sure my dog was inside. I will definitely continue using this service!

Though everyone I spoke with was courteous and professional, I hate to write a poor review. I had to ask them to come back at least once to remove the waste and there was still quite a bit left in the grass after the second sweep. Most of it was picked up, however, for the price I expected it to be at a minimum, 98% picked up. I'd say it was more like 85%. Granted there were places where the grass was a bit higher than other places, there was a lot left behind under the thicker clumps of grass. I decided not to contact them again after the second visit.

Pet domestic is fantastic. For years I had a nationwide service and they were not great. Inconsistent in the days they showed up and it was managed by random non local offices. I finally got get up. When I found Pet Domestic I was skeptical but I tried them. It’s been almost a year now and I’ve never been happier. The folks that come to the house are friendly, never miss an appointment, even when my four dogs are outside they are good with them. They do a great job two times a week cleaning and they never forget to shut and lock the gate when they leave. They always leave a note at the front door letting me know they were here and if there is any delay due to weather they let me know. How great is it that they do good and consistent work and communicate !!! You ready should use them. You will be so happy!!! They run a great business!!
