A very professional company from start to finish. I thought the quote they gave me was reasonable and then was less than what was quoted. They are very honest, and I was fully willing to pay up to $1000.00 and extremely pleased. They are one of the most professional and caring employees of companies of this type of industry. I am very impressed and highly recommend it to any homeowners!

Team Hoppy are consummate professionals. From our initial meeting - where they actively listened to our expectations (a lost art) - to the design and installation of our deck 12 feet off the ground - they were transparent, responsive, informative and meticulous. Best of all - when they talked the talk and claimed that the project would be complete when we were satisfied - they actually walked the walk. We were genuinely pleased with the end result and would certainly call them again for similar projects. In a field full of folks falsely claiming to have an expertise - Hoppy is the real deal!

Tom and crew were easy to work with on a not so easy job. The upper deck replacement was a simple task but because it was part of an combined screened porch and 2 level deck structure there were challenges in keeping the replacement discrete vs adding cost by having to bring a screen porch built in 1983 up to current county standards. The end product nicely integrated with my porch and lower deck and there was good communications along every step of the project.

There were some issues that arose during the project. When they were brought to the attention of the Principal Contractor, the response was what we hoped it would be and the issues were corrected promptly.

Handyman came out at 5:30 pm on sat night and stayed until 10 pm to help my son put together furniture and hang pictures and hooks in his new college apartment. Huge help for me as I live in Chicago and my son didn't have tools. Tech was clean and friendly and very good!!
