picture framing
 + -1 moreThe company lost the portrait. The owner/manager fabricated numerous stories about what might have happen to it but the bottom line is that he never was able to recover the missing photograph. We made numerous calls to inquire about the status of the framing. He never answered our calls nor responded to voice messages. Similarly, he did not respond to emails.
Description of Work: This company was contracted to frame a family portrait.
