Tolga was honest and helped us find the house we wanted. We would be quickly into a house and he could tell whether it would work or not, pointing out the positives but truthful about the negatives. He should have been an engineer in another life as he would give us pointers on what could be done to upgrade the house. While on the inspection on the house we bought, the inspector joked he should have Tolga walk through his house and give him update ideas. His research and comps were right on target giving us the ammunition to put in the right bid. His attention to detail and acting promptly also helped us act quick and win the bid on the house we settled on. Tolga made himself available weekdays and weekends to meet us to tour homes. His automatic feed of homes that met our criteria helped us focus on the homes that met our requirements and price range. Tolga came recommended from our friend who is a property manager and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house from a realtor who truly has their interests in mind. We closed last week and have walked away with a friend who will be there if we have a question in the future, not just someone we hired to buy a house.

We are so fortunate in getting connected with Tolga Alper. He is top notch and can’t be beat! We were very picky when it came to finding our first home. It took 6 months with more than 100 showings and maybe more than 2,000 texts, phone conversations and e-mail communications. He was always responsive no matter what time of day or night it was. He spent a lot of time answering our questions and providing tons of information on comps in the area. Every time we viewed a new house Tolga performed a methodical inspection, looked for signs of problems and provided us with the best information on the quality of construction, appliances, etc. He was always hands-on including climbing to the creepy attics without a ladder to check insulation or other potential issues for us. We found Tolga because we were interested in one of his listings. We really lucked out by finding him. He helped us find a great house in our ideal neighborhood. I buy and sell a number of houses every year (investor) and I must say that Tolga is one of the best, if not the best, agents I have worked with. He's super responsive and aggressive when he needs to be. He expertly uses his knowledge of the legal and business side of Real Estate which has really helped me maximize my returns. For non-investors, I've recommended him to a number of other people (first home buyers) and the reaction is the same, spectacular, professional, and aggressive! It went better than we could have planned. Tolga did a detailed analysis of the price of our, we got several offers after the first weekend and ended being higher than others homes sold, so not only did he get is sold fast he ended up getting us more than then others homes sold for. When buying we were able to move fast and get the house we loved, he was able to get the other agent and the sellers to agree before the open house and we avoided a bidding war. During home home inspection he proved good ideas and we were able to get reasonable items. Our overall experience was really good and we will use him and recommend him.
