We called Schevan Plumbing (based on NUMEROUS neighbors' recommendations) on a Saturday, got a call back within an hour, and he came out that day, on a Saturday evening. He diagnosed the problem (which needed a carpenter to fix), and didn't charge us anything for the service call since he couldn't fix it. He's more than fair and honest, and he will be my go-to plumber from now on!

Several neighbors have recommended Schevan Plumbing and Angie's list review were good so when we had trouble we gave a call. Call placed on Monday morning; plumber arrived before 10am; problem fixed by 11:30am. We had a bad leak in a cold water pipe in a horizontal run above the hall to our entryway. He cut away minimal portions of the wall and then the ceiling until he found the pin-hole leak. He also repaired another plumber's faulty installation of a SharkBite, all within 1 1/2 hours! Price was extremely reasonable for the work and the speed. Unhesitating and emphatic recommendation!!

The hot water shut-off valve to the washing machine started leaking. I sent Schevan a cell photo on Sunday night and spoke with him Monday. He offered to come the same day but I couldn't be available. Instead we set up an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. When the morning became available he called and offered to come early. Terrific to hear after a couple of days without hot water. I asked Schevan to replace both the hot and cold shut offs. I also asked him to replace the shut off for the ice maker which also would not shut. His helper noticed that the main shut off did not shut off fully either, which I had noticed before but forgot to mention. Schevan replaced that one too. I told him about another valve that wouldn't shut off, but he examined it and cleaned it up so that it worked fine again. Mr. Schevan was on time, professional, and fair. I have used him before and will call him the next time I need a plumber.

all went well. fixed the toilets very quickly and efficiently. Schevan Plumbing is a good, trustworthy plumbing service!

It’s a very small shop, a one man shop with maybe a helper. We have had him out here two or three times, and he has always done a great job, he’s very good. I absolutely would be using him again in the future.

Gave a quick estimate and got to work on time. He had excellent ideas how to utilize the space and optimize the piping to remove soffits and have clean ceilings. He was able to get over 4 inches of additional headroom compared to the existing cast iron piping. He even installed a toilet upstairs for free!

We really like every thing he has done for us. He always does a great job and charges a fair price for the quality of work he does. He is very honest and a nice guy to work with.
