Very well. They did a good job of cleaning the light, leather upholstery and all the nooks and crannies inside. The exterior looked great, too. I was very pleased.

The car was spotless -- maximum attention to details. Beautiful work, definite focus on fine tuning the interior. Smelled divine. Exterior wax was perfect as were the tires and wheels. It's obvious that Mike, Mark and the team take great pride in their work. You cannot beat the quality service here. Car was returned before expected in superior condition.

Unbelievable. My car was rough with a dirty interior and many scratches around the vehicle. When I picked up the car, the finish of the car looked like it did the day we bought it (2008!) I don't know how they did it, but WOW! I will use them anytime I need to improve the looks of my cars.

This was the second full detail job we had completed at Pro Clean.  We took our 2010 Chevrolet Traverse in for a full detail one weekend and were back to have the Honda Accord detailed the next weekend.  Everything went smoothly.  We had an appointment, dropped off the vehicle, and could not have been happier about the quality of the work.  Everyone at the location is friendly and pleasant. 
We'll be there again!

If it was possible to give this outfit a grade higher than A, I would.  They did an unbelievable interior detail job on my 2007 Lexus RX350.  My wife, a couple of dogs and a cat had trashed the interior of this once beautiful vehicle over the course of 7 years.  I was actually in despair about how the value of the SUV would be diminished because of the disgusting interior.  No more.  Mike, Kiko and the boys made this car look better than brand new!  I was amazed and thrilled.  I would have paid double or more for the job they did so at $150 it was a fantastic value.  Business integrity and professionalism at its finest!

The impact to my truck, both inside and out, from the salt and filth of the roads this past winter had me looking for a place that could deliver superior detailing and carwashing services.  A quick look on both Angie's List and Yelp turned up Pro-Clean of Tysons Corner, led by the affable Mike the owner, his beautiful dog, and his hardworking staff.  I have nothing but good things to say, in that the workmanship and quality of the cleaning effort was top-notch.  In fact, I don't ever recall my truck being so clean and so fresh, even when I bought it new from the dealership.  It was bright and gleaming and ever so inviting.
The work took about 3 hours, which is quite reasonable, in my opinion, for a complete effort.  There is a comfortable waiting area adjacent to the garage, but I chose to take care of some errands by walking over to some of the nearby Post Office and the many shops on Route 7.  The Silver Line Metro is just down the street, should a customer require it.  
Upon completion, I was invited to inspect the work to ensure my satisfaction.  I couldn't find any flaw and it was obvious they took special care to ensure my possessions in the car were properly secured and stowed.  The customer service is quite good, although I can imagine some folks being turned off by gruffness of Mike the owner.  I actually found him quite funny, but I'm from New Jersey so perhaps I gauge my interactions with others differently than most folks from the area.  However, this guy clearly cares about the quality of his service and is passionate about making sure the job is done right.  
Finally, the price is very reasonable and quite competitive for what you get in return.  I will be a returning customer.

I take real good care of my vehicles and it is garaged, but it looked like a new car when they were finished.  Just beautiful!  Very conscientious and detail oriented - interior, exterior, under the hood, trunk, doors, vents, etc.  I'm really picky and the car looks great!

It was beautiful when they finished.  The car was traded-in later that same day, and they remarked "Best looking 2009 van they have seen this year!"  Kudos.

When I went to pick up my 5 year old car, it looked brand new. The car was completely cleaned inside including shampooing the light color seats. On the outside, the car was gorgeous.

I found ProClean on Angie's List and once again the advice and the service were spot-on. Our 2008 Highlander was a mess inside. It smelled like a wet dog and looked like a muddy dog had spent a year living inside. I take care of the outside regularly but after a recent trip, the inside was just too embarrassing. After the ProClean service, my 2008 looks like a 2013 model. The inside hardly looked this good even a week after we bought it new. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and treated, even the carpets looked almost new. They also treated the minor paint scratches on the exterior and you could have eaten off the engine surfaces. These guys are spectacular and it only took about 5 hours to completely transform the appearance of my vehicle. I could not be more pleased with the professional and excellent quality service I received at ProClean and will be returning with our other cars soon. I highly recommend this company!

I called Pro-Clean at around 8 in the morning on Friday and asked if they could get me on their schedule that same day, and the owner told me that if I could come by before 9:30 am, he could have the car ready for me around 3 or 4 pm. That worked perfectly for me, so I dropped the car off with them for the day.
The owner went with me to my car and I showed him the problem areas I was hoping they would be able to take care of for me. He was friendly, down-to-earth, respectful, and attentive to my needs, and set clear expectations, which I found reasonable. He provided me a written list of the services that would be performed, including the price, and I headed back to the office.
I showed up quite early (~2:30 pm) to pick up the car, because I had hitched a ride from a co-worker who had to leave early for a doctor's appointment, so I wasn't expecting the car to be ready for me, and I was prepared to sit patiently the waiting area until it was ready.
The owner saw me waiting and informed me that my car was just about ready and asked if I would like to take a look while his employees took care of their last touches.
I was absolutely amazed at what I saw. The car looked like it had just come from a new car showroom!
They had meticulously cleaned, vacuumed, washed, dusted, and polished the car inside and out, from top to bottom, and even under the hood. ALL of the dog fur was gone (despite him warning me previously that he might not be able to get it all off given the amount of dog fur everywhere) and all of the tree sap had been expertly removed. The exterior had been polished to a beautiful shine.
I couldn't be happier with the work that Pro-Clean did on my car. They far exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality auto detailing services.

I used Pro Clean to detail our 2006 Chevrolet Suburban after Lim's Auto Upholstery (around the corner) had completed their work to repair to torn leather seats. Pro Clean and Lim's coordinated moving the truck from one location to the other. All I had to do was drop it off at Lim's early in the morning and I got a call from Pro Clean once the entire job was completed the following day. The Suburban was really quite dirty and Pro Clean managed to get it to sparkle. It feels as if we are driving a brand new Suburban. Pro Clean was professional, courteous and easy to work with - they are honest and told us that they would do their best with the carpet stains but not everything will come out. I was very impressed with the final result. While some staining remains, most of the carpets looks very clean. I will highly recommend them. In fact, we are going to leave them another - very dirty - car to work their magic on in a week.

I have had my car detailed but this place was by far the best. They cleaned everything including the ashtray that was filled with coins to the dog hair in the trunk and that is ridiculously hard to remove.
