They were polite, quick and wouldn't let me pay for their time, even though:(a) I'm obviously not destitute - I'm average looking a middle-aged business man; and (b) I offered to pay! I have bought tires and had alignments there, etc., but that's loyalty to the customer.

My friend had a really bad day today until she saw Mr. Scott
My friend got a flat tire yesterday and she was driving the car with a spare tire on. And today the spare tire went flat. She had a new tire but there was no one who could put it on a rim because most of the shops were closed or they were too busy. Then We called the NTB in Mclean Va. I explained to Mr. SCOTT what happened to my friend today. He was very kind to tell to bring the tire over.
When we arrived there, he was expecting us and put the new tire on a rim right away. It took only 10minutes.
Mr.Scott was very polite, friendly, kind and very professional as well.
In the past, I myself had a bad experience with NTB in other locations. But I will definitely use this NTB in Mclean again. I highly recommend this service station!!
