I go in regularly. My dog has a complicated coat, so she needs grooming services, bath and the whole thing. I need an expert at doing specialty dogs. Depends on how complicated the grooming task is. Generally it is a couple of hours. They always tell me when she is just about finished so she doesn't have to wait so I can be there when she is done. Generally if she has a lot of mats and she requires a little more grooming it takes them a little longer. 2 hours is typical. The same person grooms her.

It went perfectly. I gave them a picture of my dog with a cut that I just loved on him and the groomer
reproduced it, just as I wanted him to.

I attribute his spirits to 2 things; the fact that the holding cages face the groomers (he likes to be able to see what's going on) and the gentle hands of the groomers there. Pricey but worth it. Oh, and they don't accept credit cards, cash or check only.||One word of warning. They are tightly scheduled, especially around holidays, so plan ahead, drop your doggie off on time, and make sure they tell you when you're doggie will be ready. It's not always a foregone conclusion...

Our maltese looked adorable when she left. We will continue to bring her for grooming.

I usually drop my three dogs off at around 8. I go in early because with two giant very furry dogs, there is a great deal of drying time and grooming needed. Usually the dogs will be washed right away. Then I leave.When I come back, I usually have to take a second look to make sure they are the same dogs I dropped off 4 hours earlier. They are always a stunning sight to see!!!! Thank you Lisa and Custom Canines for many past years of excellent service, and many more years to come!!!!! :

What a great experience. These people really are skillful, dedicated, and nice. Plus they took the time to explain what kind of cut my dog needed, why, and what brush to use at home. Not much more money than Petco. Do know they book way out and only weekdays, offfice hours- they are that popular and understanably so.

My dogs don't need grooming. I bring them to custom canine for their nail clipping. I've been very happy with this groomer. One of my dogs really dislikes getting his nails clipped but even tho I'm only spending $7 per dog (very reasonable), they always take the time to treat my dog kindly. I've watched them groom other dogs and they do a very good job and are very gentle with all the dogs. Very nice people, very good service. And the dogs who I see leaving after their grooming always look very good.
