ARHAUS FURNITURE

Everything in the store is beautiful and high quality, but can be expensive so wait for the sales.  We were able to customize the fabric and legs on the sofa.  The coffee tables are beautiful, solid wood.  The floor representatives were helpful and courteous.  The furniture was delivered on time and the delivery people were very polite and careful bringing in the pieces.  We will purchase from them again.

Postponed deliveries, promised partial delivery, cancelled delivery; furniture design too large for dimensions of the room; misrepresented restocking charge; refused to take any pieces back.
Rude customer service.
Resorted to legal arguments.
Buyer beware.

The store manager at the Tysons location was very helpful in assisting us with selecting furniture for our dining room and bedroom.  We purchased a buffet, 4 custom-upholstered chairs, a dining table, a dresser, a tall chest of drawers and two nightstands.  The buffet had a damaged corner, and Arhaus replaced it without question.  Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery.  We would definitely use Arhaus again when we next need to buy home furnishings.
