After responding initially, we scheduled him to come out on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 to clean the carpets in the rental property. He wanted payment up front and texted us wanting us to send our credit card information via text. When we refused to do that, he started calling us again. Both of us are in very demanding jobs and cannot take phone calls during the day most of the time. He called 3 times on May 7th alone and almost seemed desperate to do the job.
When he called back today, my partner told him that we no longer needed his services and told him that his repetitive calls were coming across as unprofessional and that he should investigate marketing on Angie's List. He was very defensive and rude and tried to argue with us. Before he hung up, he said you see you would get as good of job done as what we can do. Needless to say, we will not be using his services!
We actually ended up finding another company on Angie's List (surprise!) that did the job for even less and they have been a true pleasure to deal with so far. Plus, they can do the job this week, which was helpful to us as we want to get the property rented again quickly.
