TRI STAR BUILDERS OF VA INC

Needed a roof, 30+ year old house, 25 year rated shingles. David Jones (Tri Star Builders) came in with what I felt was a more than reasonable offer, letting me know he was not the cheapest around but certainly not the most expensive (don't I know it!) but he does ensure a quality job. David and his crew were very professional throughout the job. Significant damage to the roof was noted in vicinity of the chimney, which David and crew took care of and notified us about it later and there was no additional charge even though the repairs were more time consuming than anticipated. All work is supervised by David who, when not actually hands on in the project, is stopping by constantly to monitor the quality of work of his team. David's office was in touch with us by both email and phone from the signing of the contract, to keep us updated on job start status, until after the first rainstorm to ensure there were no problems/leaks. And the roof looks great!

I was amazed at the professional job that was done. Not only that, but the way Dave and his employees went out of their way to complete the job in only eight hours. Jennifer was a big help in keeping me inform as to when the job was scheduled for. The weather didn't cooperate, so when there was a dry day, Dave and his crew were at my house at 9:15 as promised. The job was done just in time for my husband to get home and be totally impressed with the finished product.

Contractor provided proof of license and insurance; contractor furnished manufacturer's detailed specifications and warranty on roofing system; contractor started job as scheduled and completed the job as scheduled. David S Jones, Directing Business as TriStar Builders of VA Inc was on site through out the contract performance and supervised all work. Workmanship was professional and unseen conditions were treated appropriately without soliciting a contract change order from the home owner. Finished job presented a superb appearance and company followed-up to insure customer satisfaction.
