They did not finish the trim as promised in the closets. They scratched up the floor moving items around and trying to hide them. Took them longer than the expected time to finish the installation and charged more than the agreed price. Inaccurate measurement and had me buy more product than I needed.

"We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience with our service, the closets were very full and in our final inspection it wasn't possible to see, and about the scratches, you made that comment a year after our installation, if you would of told us at the beginning, we would have been happy to come and fix it. Regarding additional materials most installers ask the customers for an additional 10%, about the agreed price what you charged extra for were materials that you decided that we bought and we gave you the receipt, I am really sorry that you do not understand that the work could not be completed in the estimated time because the installer became ill and had to be hospitalized"

Sanchez flooring did a wonderful job erecting a fence at my residence! They are professional, efficient and produced a BEAUTIFUL project for me to enjoy!!! When I was not sure if I could afford the project, they worked with me until we could come to a workable price. This went a long way to show me that they really wanted my business! The fence is gorgeous and has two gates, one of which is a car opening gate- it is so COOL. The fence is custom and when I called to ask them about a specific situation they came back the next day to figure out the situation. They take pride in their work and I will do many more future projects with them!!! Thank you, Sanchez Flooring!!!
