Upon inspection, they determined the source of the leak was from the hot water handle, which was leaking not just at the faucet but also under the sink.. They had a brand new faucet set in hand in their truck  and replaced our old Delta faucet with the two handles.
The repair took them about an hour and a half. Their hourly rate is $125/hour and $90/hour after the first hour. We were charged $170 for labor and $138.50 for the new faucet,, which is a chateau one-handle low arc kitchen faucet w/spray hose. I did my research and they gave us a fair price for the faucet. Not the best price, but a fair price in comparison to if we were to buy the faucet directly from Moen. If we had gone to Lowe's or purchased it from another seller online, it probably would have cost us a lot less, but we called them to fix our faucet without thinking we would need a completely new one.
Overall, we are very happy with their service. They were prompt, had a brand new faucet in hand, and fixed the leak. They are not cheap by any means in terms of hourly rate, but then when hiring a good plumber, you get what you pay for and we are certainly happy customers with the work by these professional plumbers from Prillaman & Pace.

We love Pand P. We have been using their services for YEARS! I love that they were willing to save me a few bucks by advising me to purchase my water heater at Lowes (rather than them buy it and mark it up) and then they picked it up and installed it for me. Super convenient! They were on time, they did what they had to do without delay. I am always impressed by their work and their work ethic.

The did a superb job! Great price for a new furnace that was much more efficient than the old one. They did all the ductwork at their fabrication shop and it fit beautifully. They kept me well informed and hustled to get this completed as the weather was turning cool. They cleaned as they went and really impressed me with the quality of their work. The project came in under their bid price and the bid price was very good. I would call them again and intend to have them maintain my heating and cooling systems.

Our 20+ year old gas furnace heat exchanger failed and could not be repaired. Prillaman and Pace showed me how the heat exchanger was no longer safe to use and a replacement part was not available. We recieved a good estimate on a new, more efficient unit that included the labor to install it and dispose of the old unit. Work was completed quickly, ahead of schedule. Work included new duct work to match up with the newer unit. The new unit is much more efficient. They left the work area clearner than they found it. Great job by an excellent team.

Their service was excellent, and I thought the price was fair.

Our sewer line clogged late afternoon of Labor Day. Although I was sure they were off for the holiday, I called and left message describing problem. They called me back at 6:45 AM the next morning and said they would be here as soon as they took care of another emergency call. They got here about 9:00 and the work was completed in about an hour. They installed a new "clean-out cap" so if it happened again the spot would be easy to find.(I have large trees and the roots frequently grow into lines). The two workers were polite, skilled, and professional.

They're fairly high end but their work is excellent.
