+ -1 moreUnprofessional does not begin to describe these characters. They demanded full payment of a very expensive project from my sick and elderly parents Friday, August 20th. They finished about three quarters of the job. They promised to return Monday August 23rd and never showed. Every time they would call Mike Furr would ignore them or just hang up on them. I tried to call them today and he pretended to be someone else and hung up on me, too. My father is 78 and has congestive heart failure and they have worried him and been absolutely hateful to him. Both of my parents have serious health issues and this company has treated them like garbage. They've left the work undone and taken a good amount of money. Luckily for them, they have a daughter.
Description of Work: Mike's Paint and Remodeling was supposed to build a large privacy wall and staircase guardrail for staircase.
