Ed Friel, who is the owner of the company, came to my home, discussed how I wanted the job done, took measurements and gave me an estimate that same day. His price was much better than our local Lowe's and I liked the fact that the cabinets were made in Rocky Mount, Virginia. They started the job about three weeks after our final meeting. The installers were professional and efficient. The job was scheduled to be completed on a Friday. When they started to install the crown molding, I didn't like the color. We had discussed whether it should be white or antique white and I had agreed to white since the rest of the molding in the house was white, but it didn't look right once I saw it. So they called Mr. Friel and he told them to stop where they were. They took down what they had put up and came back on Monday with molding painted to match the cabinets. The whole process took about 3 1/2 days and was competed for the exact price quoted. After the job was completed, there were a few minor trim problems that I wasn't satisfied with, so I made a list and they came back and fixed everything to my satisfaction. A few days later I received a phone call from Mr. Friel to be sure everything had been done like I wanted it. Dealing with them was a very pleasant experience and I highly reccomend them.
