Initially, he determined that it wasn't the right backsplash and we asked him to get another one. He got the new backsplash and put it in and it was not installed properly. There's also one cabinet that is cracked and he said that's not his fault. I either want him to not to fix it and keep my $3500 or I want him fix it. At this point, I'd rather have him not fix it. The only issue that I have is the backsplash and the cracked cabinets.
