German's Painting

It went well, the house looks great.

The owner was very professional, prompt, and courteous. I'm very impressed with how fast they performed their job. My only problem with the painting -- after they left there were speckles of paint on my kitchen granite, my bathroom sinks, my bathroom, etc. and they did not paint behind my bathroom vanity so at the right angle you can see the delineation of new paint vs. old paint. They also left paint on my vanities. I should express overall and for the money they were outstanding but I'm just a little bit picky when it comes to having a professional paint.

They have done a lot of work for us in the past 12 years. I keep hiring them for their excellence in the quality of work and best price. They are outstanding and trustworthy. Your house is safe and you are safe. They do what they say they are going to do and they do it very well, and at the price they have indicated. People who recommended them to me 12 years ago did that on the basis of their excellence and price. That is great. They don't cut corners. I think that it is pretty unusual to find that kind of quality. I rely on them both for the home that we live in and a rental property that we own. We would always call them first for any maintenance or work that we needed done.

German is a very competent contractor.  He has done repairs, painting both interior and exterior, redone bathrooms, removed walls (non load bearing) and general handyman items.  We have used him for 20 years and have never been disappointed.  Quality work by a Quality Man and his staff.

He did a good job, but didn?t do much follow up. We had to call him back a couple of times. His price was reasonable and they showed up on time.

For our project, we purchased all the paint. German and his crew used their equipment and some primer, so the price was primarily for services. The job took three full days. Once we finally locked in on a date, German's team arrived promptly each morning and worked throughout the day. The crew of five were professional, polite and hardworking. Our job required lots of drywall repair, so the first full day was mainly preparation. German and his crew diligently fixed nail pops, cracks and pits in my dry wall in each space. Once the repairs were complete, the paining went fast and the crew was very careful around the trim and where the walls meet the ceiling. The end result is a smooth and professional look to most of my house. In the end, German did raise the bill by 500.00 from the original estimate for the amount of drywall work needed, but he alerted us on the first day, so there was no last minute suprises. My wife and I are very satisfied with the results and plan on using him in the future. I recommend German's Painting to anyone looking for quality painting at a fair price.

His quality is an A. The supervision of his men is an A. He is totally committed to excellence and I cannot say enough about him and his workmanship. For a very fair price they always do an excellent job. I have recommended him to many people. Whether it's carpentry, painting or putting in a new tile floor the quality is exceptional. Because he has a large team he can do a entire house painting in one day and this is very important because people have busy lives.
