I needed 4 of my trees taken down two being very dangerous. One Oak tree was beside my house with a huge lead over my roof. Clarence and his workers were very polite and reassured me my house would be safe. He was right. He got all four trees down. I only wanted 2 of the four stumps removed and they chipped all the debris. All the wood was also removed. When they were finished they made sure my yard was cleaned up.

Alan showed up with two trucks and five workers. They worked the first day on one tree and the tree stub, chipped it and removed the wood. On the second day, Alan and his crew took down the second red oak. At 5pm they dropped the trunk in my front yard. As it was getting dark, Alan said they would have to finish up the next day. He asked for payment which I gave him so he could pay his climbers. He left his truck. He did not come the next day or for several days after despite my many phone calls and his promises. Finally he came back with crew. They got truck and drove away. Never saw him again. 25'tree trunk in my front yard.(3'diam). I called him many times but he never came back.
