HALL'S PEST CONTROL SVC

This company is absolutely horrible with communication and customer service. For example, they would make an appointment and then not show up. You would get apologies and excuses but then they would not return phone calls. I waited over two weeks for a follow up call and then was told “well we stopped by last week and no one was home.” As if it’s my fault. No phone call was made to arrange a time to come by the home. I called this morning to give them one more chance and instead of apologizing I was given excuses. Extremely poor customer service. Also, the presenting issue was not addressed.

Great No more ? ants or stink bugs

Mr. Hall was prompt in calling me back after I left a message at his office. He was punctual showing up and very courteous and professional. And he came to work ! My home is older on a tight crawl space so there was nothing easy about. Mr. Hall and his helper Mike worked hard and were very diligent and thorough in the treatment. I was impressed and therefore signed a service agreement to eliminate future problems.

They are always prompt. They really go the second mile. They are never in a rush and always ask good questions to make sure we get the most out of the appointment. They are very observant. Their prices are reasonable and they are just awesome to work with!
