I was completely pleased with the work that Mr. Williams did on my propane grill. Instead of having to buy a new grill, I now have have one that is almost like new. Mr. Williams knew exactly what was needed and performed the work diligently and for a fair price. He was also courteous and easy to deal with, as was the lady who scheduled my appointment. I would definitely use this company again.

Tracy Williams came out to service our fireplace. She did a great job and also managed to fix a few small issues we were having. We will definitely call her again for service next year.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Communication was great. Showed up for appointments exactly as they said. Great job of running the gas line up to deck. And provided through tutorial of how to operate appliances. Even upgraded the gas line that came with the grill to allow better gas flow.

Very responsive, professional, neat and clean installation. Darrell and Tracy worked very well as a team. They installed the pipe per code, hooked up the stove, tested its operation, and gave us tips for dealing with the new appliance before leaving. They looked at and addressed every concern and question we had. Would recommend Darrell and Tracy very highly.

Diagnosed the problem, had a replacement available on the truck, tested the gas line and repaired the grill quickly.

The estimate process was easy. I was advised of a time slot and they showed up within the time slot and provided an estimate. Coordination with Tracy on the install was easy and communication prior to the installation was great. It was raining on installation day. They covered the areas where they walked and cleaned up after the installation. The plus was that Tracey was very helpful in the operation of the new stove and provided c;leaning tips. Great firm.

The owner called me because they were held up at another job. She was able to work with me to figure out that my problem was an issue that her company could not fix. She spent about 30 minutes working with me. She referred me to a different contractor that specialized in venting and they did a great job fixing the problem.

The technicians arrived on time and were fast with their work.

I called and described the problem I was having and Tracy knew what the problem was (new hose/regulator) and gave me a quote over the phone and had a guy out the next day. Can't comment on the technician since I didn't meet him but since my grill works and I paid what I was quoted, I assume he's great! Tracy is friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend their services.
