The process went very smoothly. From beginning to end, the whole process took just under 30 minutes.
There were no surprises and Mr. Evans explained everything to us.
The amount spent is obviously not what we mortgaged. We prefer not to disclose what the actual ettlement costs were, other than to say that they were reasonable given what is often charged. Our APY and APR were not that far apart.
