It was a terrible experience. They did not give us a lot of information that we should have had. We met them at an open house and worked with them to buy this house. It was clear that they did everything to get us to buy this house and not to represent us. They were forgetting that they were our real estate agents and they needed to protect us. We are now stuck with huge bills of things we need to do.

Her name is Gail Jackson. We have a town home that we rent and we also have a basement apartment in our home here. We pay her a one-month rent for rental issues. We haven't bought the house or sold the house get. We will be using her when we are ready. I always give people her name and phone number.
