After 3 applications my yard looks really bad. I am informed by the company that this is due to my not watering enough or not treating with fungicide enough. I have received a refund for services that have not yet been performed and will find another company to maintain my lawn.

It was great.  They promptly provided the service, and were very courteous.

I just cancelled their service. I didn’t really like whatever they did because we had them for two years and our lawn still look like crap. They were supposed to maintain it like getting rid of crap grass and making the grass green. I was not happy with their work. I felt like the work was not as good as it could be compared to my neighbors given them almost 2 years to maintain it. They did not meet our expectations but they were very responsive.

I have an annual fertilization package which includes 7 applications per year. They call ahead and always perform the work specified. My lawn went from bad to good in one season. Very happy with work and price

Excellent experience.  Weed Man was recommended by a neighbor.  They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, their service is working and my lawn looks much better.
I had gotten estimates from several companies.  Two recommended Compro service which is quite expensive.  Weed Man said they  would not do that now, as they did not think my lawn warranted it.  Nice to have someone be honest.  They completed a soil sample, and emailed and mailed us the results, along with offering to discuss it in person.  The sample indicated our lawn needed lime, which they then applied (only after ensuring we were ok with it).
Would highly recommend them.  I will update this in the spring, but so far our lawn looks 100% better and I am very happy with their customer service.

Loved these guys. From beginning to end, excellent.

The difference between my lawn now and before Weed Man began servicing it is astounding.  I am extremely pleased with the manner in which they've severely cut back the weed population, and increased the grass health and thickness.  I fully intend to continue using their services.  I do wish I had an easier time communicating with them, but the true proof is in the lawn; looks great.

I guess it was pretty good for the price.  I didn't feel like the 6 lawn treatments were spaced out appropriately.  They were slow to get started and weeds totally took over the lawn in the spring.  when the treatments finally got started they were very effective, but then there was a big gap in the summer and the last two treatments were done within 3 weeks of each other in October.

We have been very happy with them. They got back to me right away after I initially contacted them. They give an Angie's List discount and allow me to pay everything up front. For me this was much more convenient. They just come out for the service and there are no invoices.

We hired Weed Man this fall as our lawn service provider and have been extremely happy. They recommended having a soil sample analyzed, which we did. This had not been done in many years. The results showed that we needed lime and phosphorus. We elected to have both treatments done as well as aeration and fall overseeding. Our lawn has NEVER looked better. Not only that, but the customer service has been phenomenal...any questions have been answered either that day or the day after. This is a small company that is very professional in its service and obviously takes great pride in their work. We are looking forward to working with them for years to come!

The service has been very good. They are always responsive. They call me back right away and talk through any issues about keeping the lawn in good shape.

I have been using Weedman for 3 years, ever since my brown thumb almost killed all the grass in the front lawn and in the back.  Since I have used them my lawn, in front, has returned.  The lawn in back still needs work but has come back considerably.  I had my lawn Core Aerated and overseeded on 1 October and they chopped up a couple of bare spots for me and put extra seed in those areas.  Afterwards they cleaned up my sidewalk and driveway.  I had a question about mowing after seeding and they were not sure of the answer.  They contacted me by phone 20 minutes later with an answer to my question.  I will continue to use Weedman and am aware of there auto pay by year with credit card which can always be cancelled via telephone if not satisfied.  Thumbs up to Weedman.

They did the job, and were initially good to deal with.  But, then I guess they signed me up for continuing fertilization services for 2013.  After finding a notice on my door that they had sprayed in the spring of 2013, I contacted their office.  I was told that it was an error caused by them putting me on a recurring service program, and they apologized to me.
We actually moved to NY in the Summer of 2013, and I thought nothing of this incident believing it to be resolved.
Then I received a demand for payment from them for two fertilization services that they claim to have performed on my old residence last spring.  I told them that since I hadn't hired them to do these services, I would not be paying them.

UPDATE:  I was contacted again, and told that they would write off my bill.  They also asked me to update this review.
