They are excellent. They kept Tinkerbelle’s legs working so she could move. Now that she has got cushions, they are working on her so they do internal medicine as well. They are really terrific people. I don’t know what they do testing because we don’t really talk to them until after a vet gets a hold of them. They are really good vets there. They are our go to if we have a problem. They had to put a steel plate in there, and remodel the bone and you wouldn’t even know anything is wrong with her, not there is anything wrong with her. She has a little bow leg. It was $7000 but now, she is having a heck of a good time. It happened three years ago and she is doing terrific. She is the one that is going to the internal medicine now and they are trying to work on her, so she is having a pituitary issue, where she is constantly hungry but then she came to us constantly hungry because she weighed a little over a pound when we rescued her. They have excellent service. The people are great. She was walking along on the countertop leaning on the people all the time and they let her wander loose. They have two older dogs like their hounds and she wandered through with those dogs all through the entire practice. They took us on a tour, they were terrific about it and they explained everything. They had all the x-rays, they said exactly what was going to happen and it happened the way they said it was going to happen. The people are very well trained but he comes back once a week from Utah to still do surgeries.

The whole staff was more than wonderful. Dr Morris reviewed the x-ray, but told us that the pain was not caused by the hip, and the dog didn't need surgery for at least 5-6 years. The pain, he felt was caused by the trauma to his tail, but he needed to do an MRI to be sure. He determined the dog didn't need surgery at this time, and the pain would subside with medications. He did notice the dog biting his hind quarters. Dr Morris said this was due to the nerves regenerating, causing a tingling and making the dog want to bit at the sensation, but as the nerves healed, the biting should stop. We were so confident with Dr Morris, who took so much time to examine the dog tenderly. When we left the dog for his MRI, the staff gave us a tour of the facility, which was extraordinary in making the dogs feel comfortable. Both Lisa and Stacey were so kind, and we felt relieved to know our dog was in the very best care possible. We were also impressed that the doctor didn't feel the need to do surgery, saving our dog from pain, and saving us a huge bill. While I was waiting just a few minutes for the medications, I met Dr Bradley. Though he was looking at records, he saw me standing there, and wanted to make sure I was taken care of, and everything was to our satisfaction. I actually went to this veterniary surgery for two reasons: our vet, who we trust recommended Doctors Bradley and Morris. The 2d reason was because a coworker went to Dr Bradley 15 years ago with a 3 year old beagle with a shattered leg bone. Dr Bradley not only performed perfect surgery, the dog lived for another 13 years, and was able to run and jump as if she had never had a broken bone.
The whole staff is professional, caring, and I cannot say enough about them. I would recommend them any time, as they are our surgical vet for life. Thank you, Doctor Morris, especially, and also Doctor Bradley.

The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The doctor explained every aspect of the surgery to me and made sure I had no questions. I was given a tour of the hospital. It was very clean and all the animals who were resting in their cages from having surgery that day seemed very quiet and comfortable. My bill matched the estimate. I was given clear discharge instructions. I was able to talk to the doctor the day of surgery to see how everything when and they day after surgery. I even had to call back a couple times with questions during the recovery period at home and the staff seemed very eager to help. My dog seems to be more comfortable now after his procedure and I am very satisfied with the results!

They're specially trained surgeons. The staff is friendly and good at their job. They put everything on disk and gave us a tour of everything. It's like a modern day doctors office. I give them A's everywhere. If there was something better than a A I would give it to them.
