DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY Our lighting was installed last summer and has never worked correctly. The whole system has shut down multiple times and is currently not working. The first time, one light went out and we were told it was a bad bulb and that it would be replaced immediately. Then I heard nothing. The following week, the entire system went out. Two employees came to repair it and determined it was a bad transformer. They set the clock and system incorrectly and I had to have another company fix it. During their visit, they mentioned that they had received very little training and were figuring things out on the job. Whenever it rains, the system shorts. I just had another company look at it. The entire system is wired incorrectly and there is no conduit. It is not up to code. The installation was also a mess. Our job seemed to be fit between other jobs, and even though it was a smaller project, it took 2 months to complete. Different people worked on the project and I was told that one team was fired that had worked on our lights. The electrician charged me for a timer he never installed and loosened cords on my house that blocked my bedroom window. I had to pay another electrician to fix it. I reviewed the warranty that wholly guarantees parts and labor and asked Vernon Daniels to remove the system and refund our money ($8,025). They refused to work on the system or refund us because someone else looked at the system. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY
