We offer many services such as: We do kitchen & bathroom remodeling (counter, backsplash, island, custom design for the shower, tile). Installation of flooring (any type-laminate, hardwood, vinyl, carpet)- We can help the client choose the best one. Outside work like power washing, decks retouching, landscaping, etc. Carpentry work like painting, repairing drywall, installing items, etc.

I want to give my absolute highest recommendation to Ventura Home Improvement. I have been using them for several years and they are extremely reliable, and perform outstanding work at a very fair price. I also have used them for other jobs such as creating a pantry closet in an empty void found behind drywall...what they were able to accomplish was amazing!! I honestly can't thank the team enough for all of their outstanding work and excellent customer service!

The estimator visited my home to review my projects, then asked me to email his boss the list I had written up. He said they'd get back to me in a few days with an estimate. I waited a week, and never heard back. If they didn't want to bid on the project, (1) why did they ask me to email them, and (2) why didn't they give me the courtesy of a reply?

Ventura Home Improvements started off with a good review from a neighbor and now they are getting ready to do Projects 6 and 7 for us! The workman ship has been awesome and their pricing was very competitive, when compared to the other quotes we got. The people at Ventura are friendly and caring, kind of like having family do the work (only it gets done and done right!) I highly recommend Ventura Home Improvements for any project you may have!

The crew were there bright and early and did a terrific job installing 5 doors, baseboard molding, painting, and drywall. They were efficient, neat and cleaned up after their work. Oscar come with the crew each day and checked out the work making sure everything was going well. We really like how things turned out and Ventura was very easy to work with.

We really were delighted and completely satisfied with the work. The workers came on time everyday, Oscar the owner was present and working himself over half of the time, and came to inspect at the end of the day everyday The workers were really good at their craft. They did the work meticulously, were courteous and friendly, and cleaned up fully after themselves every day. The kitchen is beautiful, the painting perfect, and we have no doubt that the value of our home has been significantly enhanced. We enjoy looking at the new, bright, open kitchen every day. In addition, we had a few small things that we asked them to do as we thought of them, and Oscar and the company did them willingly at no extra charge. Here was the final example of how they worked. After everything was done, my wife and i decided that two of the white marble tiles in the kitchen were discolored, and dampened (but did not spoil) the look. We asked Oscar to replace them, and he and his team came back an additional day and did the job, again with no extra charge. Overall, they were great, and we would absolutely use Ventura if we have another job.

I am extremely happy with the remodel work performed by Ventura Home Improvements. They removed and replaced nearly everything in my hallway bathroom. They installed new tiles, shower/tub faucet, sink faucet, bathroom vanity, vanity top, mirror, shelves, exhaust fan and lighting. They also created a custom niche in my shower wall and changed the paint on the walls and ceiling. They were punctual and meticulous and it showed in the quality of the final product. My bathroom has been transformed!! I am overjoyed that they were able to execute my vision!! It now looks like something out of a magazine!

Oscar and his team are fantastic. They were prompt and were very informative on what was going to happen. We did have a few minor issues arise but they always had a suggestion how to resolve them. The workmanship was very good and the cost of the project was fair. I would highly recommend Ventura Home Improvements.

Needed to have a cabinet raised up higher on the wall to accommodate a new washer/dryer. The work was done quickly and done very well, and the price was reasonable. We were very pleased with the results and will call them again for future projects.

This company is great! I had several jobs, some considered "small", others a bit more complicated. Oscar and his team did a fabulous job on everything that I needed to have completed. They took down old paneling and replaced it with drywall. Interior painting was perfect. Carpet installation was done quite well. The length of fence was done without a hitch - it was fairly complicated to work around existing structure and trees. The best part of all this work was the stair rail replacement. My split foyer house had wrought iron rails. Oscar removed these and replaced them with wood (stained to match the floor). It is gorgeous!

I thought their work, and the great results, were well worth the cost. I recommend Ventura Home Improvements and I would definitely use them again. I want to add one small thing I appreciated --if we needed to use the bathroom while they were working, they didn't act like we were such a nuisance. They were polite.

Oscar and his team are the best! You know how you want to do little things around the house and you keep putting it off? Either because you're too busy or you don't feel qualified to do the work yourself? Oscar is THE GUY to call for all of those things! I can give him a list of things I need done, he'll show up, and do them super fast. I've even been known to "add" tasks to the list while he's here working and he never complains. HIs team is punctual, cheerful, clean, does perfect work, and they always leave the space better than how they found it. Plus, his rates are fair and he's worth every penny. I've got Oscar programmed in my phone so I can text him when I need something done around the house. He'll respond within 24 hours and will finish the task(s) within the week. Just an overall great person to have handy.

Oscar does great work! He is very prompt and responsive and does not leave you hanging, he and his crew keep showing up in successive days until the work is done. His pricing is very fair and the work quality is great. He is happy to quickly come back for minor adjustments if they are needed. Oscar replaced our cracked builder's grade shower pan with a tiled shower stall. During the renovation it was discovered that plumbing needed to be re-located and he offered a fair price for this unexpected additional work. He also quickly came back to increase the amount of hot water that the new handle was providing. (in its factory setting, the handle didn't allow much hot water to mix in)

You requested an appointment for Saturday at 7:30 am, the estimator did come by at that time and even called you, but no one answered. The estimator did leave a voicemail and I even contacted you by email explaining this to you. You kept saying that you waited over an hour on Friday, but you never contacted me asking why the estimator was late and you clearly knew it was for Saturday. Regardless of what happened, I try to reschedule it with you. Best of luck next time."

It always went very well. I just retired from Property Management in June of 2018. I have know Ventura for many years and have used him for many different jobs. You will not and can not go wrong when using Ventura. It's not often you have a contractor that has so many skills. He's great!!!
