USA House Cleaning Pro

I am writing to recount an incident that occurred with Giuliano Sabino, the owner of USA-House Cleaners. I initially hired him to deep clean my house and organize certain areas, clearly stating my requests via Angie List. However, Giuliano arrived hours late for his appointment. During the initial walkthrough, he informed me that I needed to clear all items from the floor. This meant I had to organize my kitchen, cupboards, and closets myself. He then canceled our next appointment. The next scheduled appointment it was so late I tried calling him with no response and left messaged him to reschedule. Surprisingly, he showed up at my house hours later in the evening, intending to provide the service, and I reluctantly agreed. Upon completion of the cleaning, I paid him via Zelle, as previously agreed. However, due to a technical issue between the bank and Zelle, there was a delay in the transfer. Despite explaining this to Giuliano, that the issue was beyond my control and was a banking error, he failed to understand and became irate, even going as far as calling the Montgomery County Police Department on me. I attempted to show him proof from my account that the money was in transit, but his behavior was so aggressive that I had to involve my neighbor as a witness. After my neighbor corroborated my story, Giuliano calmed down and apologized. However, the police did end up coming to my house, and there is now a report filed against my residence. A few days later, I received two missed calls from Giuliano claiming he had not received the payment and demanding that I resend the full service amount. I sent him an email confirming that the payment had been made via Zelle, as agreed. In response, he threatened to take me to court, suggesting that the court fees would be expensive for me. I informed him that he had no grounds for a case, while I could potentially sue him for harassment. In retrospect, the service was neither worth the cost nor the stress it caused. Not only was I required to do a significant portion of the organizing myself without a reduction in cost, but also the incident with the payment transfer and the subsequent involvement of the police marked an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. Furthermore, the threats of legal action were unnecessary and distressing. Besides the mentioned issues, I felt that the cleaning service provided was subpar and not a good value for money. His tardiness, cancelations, and no-shows were disruptive and inconvenient. All these factors combined made the entire experience quite a disappointment. I deeply regret hiring Giuliano's services and would have been better off hiring a more reliable and professional cleaning service. For anyone considering hiring USA-House Cleaners, I would advise them to think twice and explore other, more reputable options. Months later, I recently received an additional Zelle request for $320, but I declined it because the payment had already been made in 12/2023. At this stage, the repeated unwarranted requests are considered harassment and I feel threaten.

Did not clean my house as agreed. Did not clean the basement. Did not clean the half bathroom..said they mopped the floors and did do that. Did not dust. Did not bring supplies. Used my paper towels and used my trash bags. After they left had to clean my house myself!

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. My house is shiny and smelling good ! Thank you so much !
