THE KITCHEN CONNECTION INC

I am not sure as to why the other company does it that way by contracting The Kitchen Connection to get the work done but that?s just how they do it. They did just fine. The other company paid them and I paid to that other company. My interaction with The Kitchen Connection went fine and I liked the guy who we dealt with a lot. He says he does everything. So I am going to use his services for other things.

I spoke with Brian Zatkoff at their Manassas office where the show room is located at: 10525 Croatia Way. It was Brian who came out to do the estimate. I got their name from a friend who highly recommended their work on a total kitchen remodel. We chose Kitchen Connection to do our kitchen counter work. They in turn, subcontracted the work to another company.

Everything turned out beautifully. The cabinets are very well made and were expertly installed. The job was done on time and on budget. The pricing was very competitive. I felt comfortable working with Brian because he is a small business owner who makes it obvious that client satisfaction is his primary objective. Brian's office staff was also very helpful every time I called. I highly recommend The Kitchen Connection for any job that requires cabinetry. Kitchens, bathrooms, offices, bars, etc. He is not a high-pressure sales person, and came across as honest and interested.

The overall kitchen took way too long many months long. In fact, they still have a few things to do. It was complicated it was just not replacing cabinets. I am sure they could that in a timely manner. The work was good but our kitchen was tore up for at least two months. I would probably not hire them again because there is still a few things left. We have made our final payment at least one month ago and are getting the run around.

I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED. THE KITCHEN WAS COMPLETED IN NO TIME, AND THE WORK QUALITY WAS EXTREMELY ACCURATE. KITCHEN CONNECTION WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, AND MY KITCHEN SHOWS IT.
