If you're looking for a full-service, one-stop shop Realtor who is all-around amazing, you don't need to look any further. I reside in California and needed to sell my parents' house in VA and since I didn't know anyone, I thought I was doing the unthinkable (looking for a Realtor through internet reviews from across the country?) until I found Jeannie.  There were so many things I needed help with because I was ~3000 miles away but Jeannie was always there. When you work with Jeannie, you really work with a whole team who are willing to go out of their way to help the process go through smoothly. I feel very fortunate to have found The Jeannie Jarrett Team and now I have new friends in VA.

Jeannie and her team were incredible to work with. As first-time home  buyers, she walked us through everything and answered every question, most before we even thought to ask. We felt like we truly had an advocate on our side and she was great with the whole process from exploration, to showing properties through making an offer, negotiating the contract and settlement. We got the perfect house over several other offers despite being first-timers thanks to Jeannie's advice and guidance - would work with her again in a heartbeat.
Her recommended providers that we used were also great - she really worked hard to earn our trust and delivered in every way.
She takes her role as a service provider very seriously and was incredibly responsive to all of our concerns and questions.

We purchased our Northern Virginia home with Jeannie Jarrett and Keller Williams reality in the spring/summer of 2013.  This could have been a stressfull time for our family, because we were living in Florida at the time and couldn't view the houses of interest in person.  Jeannie bent over backwards to ensure we had the best information for us to base our home buying decision.  This included Skyping and using FaceTime to show us houses during her visit.  

With Jeannie's help, including providing us with a fantastic home inspector, we were able to find a home that was perfect for our family. After the offer was accepted, we were unable to move into our house for a couple of months while we finished obligations in Florida. During this time Jeannie stopped by the house every week, collected the mail and ensured there were no issues.  We have already recommended her to our friends and would be honored to work with her in the future.
