Communication about this job was not the best, I feel that I paid a bit too much as a result. I do appreciate that they were flexible with my schedule and gave me same day service. They did a good job.

Jerry Wilson (Owner/Manager) and his employees were respectful of time and money. They offered practical advise and professional service.

The were able to come the same day when I called. It was very convient that they accommodated to my availabiliy. They were priced higher than some ads I've seen for the same cleaning service.

They were prompt and came in at the right price. The only issue, although minor, was that the techs performing the job disapproved of the price that was given to me by the sales rep. I can understand that it is how they are paid but the customer shouldn't hear those sort of things. With all that said they did the job well and my carpets are now nice and clean. I would hire them again.

We had an ongoing basement leak that left a musty smell. Although we used two at-home mold tests, both returned negative results indicating that we did not have a mold problem. The smell told a different story. Russ Cram from Serv-Pro came out to inspect and we did in fact have mold behind the walls. Russ was very helpful in estimating the extent of damage and what treatments would be necessary. Insurance would not cover any of the costs but the quote was very reasonable. The work was done professionally and on schedule. I hope I don't need their service again but I will gladly recommend them to anyone else.

The tech was very candid and professional. He kept me abreast of what was being done and was very efficient in completing a quality cleanup. Hopefully I don't have another issue that requires their services, but I would recommend them.

They showed up early, which was fine, but Mr. Wilson did not seem to know what his office manager offered me. We went to a lot of trouble to clear the room, but even thuogh we did, there was no discount on the price. In fact, he wanted to charge me extra for the stairs, when his office manager had included it in the estimate. I will not be calling them again.

Jerry was able to accommodate my schedule for the initial estimate. He was able to provide the service the next day. The people who did the job showed up on time, were extremely professional and corteous. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them.

I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by Jerry and his team. They were timely and courteous, and did a fantastic job!

Our sofa has been cleaned before by other providers and these guys did the best job yet. They were very thorough and the result has been terrific. I would hire them again. The only drawback is the individuals who performed the service sometimes acted somewhat unprofessionally (asking for coffee, opening a can of tuna in my house for lunch, things like that). They did a good job though.
