Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
It didn't go well as Hugo Herrera from Team Brothers Contracting didn't managed, supervised his team. It was very apparent when they installed the vanity incorrectly thus didn't meet the manufacturer's warranty after the homeowners provided installation instructions and warning to meet warranty requirements. Issues from Hugo Herrera and/or his team's work are - Fire code violations - Flooring was not set for proper draining - Water leaks as the walls though down to studs weren't even and leveled to properly set the shower door causing water leaks - Didn't communicate that the deadline which was set by Hugo wasn't going to be met and Hugo didn't notified the homeowners and was not reachable for 5 days leaving the project incomplete after missing the deadline he set - No follow up from Hugo after issues after the homeowners notified of issues
