We made a decision to redo the kitchen around the Thanksgiving Day Holiday-it took time to get the cabinets made over the Holidays. They did a great job and cleaned up after the work. I have three cats and they were very aware of their safety and making sure they did not run out the door! I made a list of things to be fined tuned and they did a great job with the little stuff to complete the kitchen!! Most of my contact was with James and John-they were friendly, personable and professional-enjoyed working with them.

A different person than requested showed up and gave the pool and systems a cursory 30-minute look (instead of the promised 2-3 hour thorough inspection). He still charged the agreed $375 for this and said that writing up the report would require a lot of time. I had to follow up several times before receiving the "report" in the form of a 5-line email that could have taken no more than 5 minutes to write. The person was also to explain the pool machinery and maintenance requirements, but only very reluctantly engaged on the topic when pressed, so that we did not get very far. All in all, a very disappointing experience.

Outstanding. Great customer relations, work was professionally done and looked great. We actually called them back a year later to build another retaining wall.
