Scammed! Eddie is a scam artist who hires people off of craigslist.org, has the customers pay him via PayPal and screws the installer of his pay. He's a big talker and you better watch out!

I had my projector installed and its Ripoff service and once they take up the job they itemize for each detail to increase the price. Eddie is the worst of them

I paid $155 for mounting of a 42? plasma TV on a full motion articulating mount, concealment of wires and installation of a DVD shelf. Since anchors were needed for the shelf, I agreed to pay an additional $25. The job was scheduled for a Saturday but the tech never showed up. When I called the office, I found out that my booking had been erased/lost because they had apparently converted to an electronic booking system. Edie ? the owner / office manager was very apologetic and offered to send a tech the next day. On the new date of service, the tech was about 30 minutes late but to his credit, he called to me know. The installation took a little longer than expected because of issues with concealing the wires. Unfortunately, the tech could not run the wires behind the wall as preferred and I was told that molding would be required. I was  quoted an additional $35 for the material. Since the tech did not have any molding in the van, he asked that I call the office # and reschedule. I paid $180 to cover installations of the TV, DVD shelf and was told that the extra $5 would be credited towards the molding. The office would then invoice me for the difference.

That was three days ago. I have called the office several times and left messages but no one is returning my calls. I am now left with ugly exposed wires which I have to either conceal myself or hire someone else to do so.

I agree with the other reviewer ---- do NOT pay this company until/unless you are satisfied with the service provided.

Austin came to my apartment over two weeks ago to provide a cost estimate on mounting a TV and re-wiring a surround sound system.  Naively, I paid him $115 up front , and was going to pay the rest upon completion of the job.  This was on a Wednesday or Thursday and he was supposed to come by that following Saturday.  He never called or showed up, and when I got a hold of him, he said another job was running late, but he would like to reschedule for the next week.He ended up canceling two more times ("I threw out my back" , "Got too many jobs").  He guaranteed to me that he would complete the job today (Saturday June 25) and he would be here by 10-11am.  I called him last night to verify and he assured me we were the first job on his list.  It's past noon now and he has not showed up yet.  He is also not answering his cell phone.  There is a chance he is a con artist and at the very least he lacks professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness.  I have to give him an F in price and quality because he didn't start or complete the job, but took some of my money in the process.   I feel like a fool for paying him up front.  Lesson learned.
