We spent $400 for a year. They were very responsive. The guy that was supposed to come out, showed up late, but made sure to call us. He called us to make sure that we knew that he was going to be here late, which wasn?t a problem at all. He was very good and professional. There are no bugs.

Bob's wife answered the call. Pleasant and informative conversation. Bob was punctual, respectful. Described what he'd do (spray at base of home foundation, around windows, doors, under steps to patio, and in the herb garden, site of biting ants). Showed me how the spray canister nozzle worked (stream for pinpoint targeting, wide spray for patterns). Talked about the manufacturer of the chemical. Answered questions about how to deal with chipmunks, rabbits. Briefly reminisced about work for ex-Presidents. Would use again.

THEY CAME OUT WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM UNDER SHORT NOTICE, AND THEY HAD TO DRIVE 45 MINUTES TO GET HERE. THEY EVEN CAME OUT WHEN THERE WERE STILL SIGNS OF INFESTATION OR ACTIVITY WITH NO CHARGE.
