Property Management
This company has been the property manager for our community for a while
now. The service is very rude. I recently had an indecent with a
guests car and when I contacted the 24 hour call service I was told I
had to call back the next day to find out where the car had been towed.
After several calls I was able to have the property manager called
directly to find out where the car was so I did not have to make my
guest wait till the next day. We fully admit it was our fault we did
not put the correct hang tag in the car and it was towed.. but it was an
ordeal finding out where it went. After taking over an hour to get
back to me, he was rude when I demanded an apology for company not being
able to tell me such basic information. My HOA fees pay for this 24
hour call service that is not a service. He hung up on me. I had to
contact the police department to find the car.
