flawless. I gave the tech the option of driving the truck around to the back -- I have an extra side yard that can easily accommodate a truck. Because it was a little wet, he opted to play it safe and run a longer vacuum hose from the driveway. Came on time, efficiently did his work, and was very personable and responsive.

The initial finding of the access to the septic tank was painful only in part since the original home owner did not mark it nor was there any way of finding it. Tech/driver came out to pump day was scheduled and on time. I directed to where I was told it should be. Tech could not find it and spent WAY more time than anyone other company would have provide. Tech was very nice by not charging for the trip fee and politely suggested that once I found it to reschedule for the work to be completed. I ordered a probe and found the tank about 8 feet from where we were told it was and it was about 20" below grade which didn't help. I rescheduled next available date and they promptly came out, pumped tank and installed riser. No mess and nice work. I would hire again.

Mr Thomas from SeptiClean quickly verified that my 25 year old septic pump tank float switches were bad.  He replaced them with new high quality float switches.  His mechanical and electrical workmanship was neat and orderly and I believe intended to be trouble free and last a long time.  His recommendations on how to maintain and repair my septic system correctly per the system design were excellent.
I am pleased that the float switch replacement includes a 1 year warranty.

They came out, dug up my septic tank, emptied it, leaving the cleanout dirty which they were supposed to spray water down but did not.  Dug up my distribution box and they were suppose to use a backhoe to dig up the header lines and assess a problem.  Instead, they waited to show up until after 3 p.m. and then after cleaning the tank and uncovering my distribution box, they left without digging up the header lines but instead said they would come back because they didn't bring the back hoe as promised and it had started to rain.
Only problem is that they left my tank uncovered and the distribution box uncovered and we had a big rain storm that then promptly filled up the tank that they had just empty and flooded out my distribution box.  They should have covered up the tank and the box but instead they decided to flood my system.
They promised to be back out by weeks end.  Never heard another word.  I called and called and called and it wasn't until I called from a number different than my house number that the owner, Ronnie Thomas actually answered.  Then he didn't remember me and told me that he would need to review his records on my job and he would be back out and he would empty the tank again since it filled back up because they left it uncovered.  Of course, what he didn't mention what that this would be at my cost.
Next thing I know, some girl from his office is calling me with a proposal.  This proposal was to do the work originally promised for $450 only the proposal was now for $1250.00.  So they not only didn't do the work as promised when promised for the price promised, they made my septic issue worse by flooding out my system by leaving it all uncovered and then didn't show back when promised and then raised the price on me.
I called the owner and his lame excuse was that he changed his mind on the price we agreed too, he said he "just couldn't do it for the price he quoted me".  Rather than just brushing me off and leaving my system open for damage, he should have been an honorable person and just called me and explained that he couldn't do it for 450 but instead he just left me hanging.  When I told him he left me worse off, he said well he figured I would need it pumped a few times. So I was also now being billed in addition to the "proposal" of $1250.00 now I was billed for the cleaning that they did which they left uncovered!!!!  I told the office girl who kept calling me that I was giving it over to my attorney and not to call me again and then i hung up on her and she promptly called me back and left a nasty voice mail message for me.  Then she told the owner that I "cursed" at her which was an ABSOLUTE LIE.  Then he starts calling me and leaving angry voice mail messages for me with a very threatening overtone telling me I better call him back.  I did return his call and left him messages of which a few days would go by and he would then leave me another message asking why I wasn't calling him back?????  Very weird situation, very unprofessional, office staff that lies, owner that changes prices on you and leave you worse off.
Long story short, I paid the VERY high fee he charged for a VERY subpar job cleaning the tank and had someone else address the problems.  I do have pics of the mess they left behind with water sitting on the uncovered tank and the cleanout the owner promised to spray down that was never touched.
Good luck if you use this guy.  Get EVERYTHING in writing up front because he has no issue giving you one price and then changing his mind.  Also, stand there and watch them work to make sure they do everything they agree too and that everything is covered back up.  Better yet, be safe and don't use this company.

Great.  We have a septic field at a higher elevation than our septic tank, so we have a pair of pumps that get the waste up and out.  When the alarm for one of the pumps started to go off, we were a bit dismayed that a number of septic companies wouldn't return phone calls or otherwise give us the time of day when we had a failure that could lead to a very messy end.

Septiclean was prompt in returning our call and coming out to evaluate the system.  It turned out that we needed to replace one of the two pump, and he had us replaced and good to go the next day.  (it was later in the day, so he couldn't get the new pump the same day.

I actually wasn't here when they came, however, they did a very fine job and we actually had them scheduled to do a clean out as well of the major tank and the gentleman called me and said that my tank was clean and didn't need it so he ended up saving me $150 that way.

I couldn't have gotten better service than I received. A very difficult job and Ron stayed at it until he solved the problem. His cost was half of what others had quoted me for the same job---which made his efforts even more outstanding.

I was receiving an intermittent high water alarm on my septic system control panel. Based on reviews from Angies List, I called SeptiClean and scheduled a service appointment for the next day. Ronnie arrived as scheduled, but there was no alarm when he began to look at the system. After testing the system, everything was normal. Based on his experience, he replaced the most likely component to cause this type of failure.

Quick response, same day appointment, very helpful on the phone and on site. Answered every question I had (I had many) and offered suggestions on proper usage and prolonging the tank and field. I will use them again.

I chose SeptiClean after reading the other reviews on Angie's List. SeptiClean owner Ronny did the work himself, after having a staff worker drain and assess the condition of our septic tank. Ronny located the drain fields, distribution boxes and splitter box. He replaced all of these with care and efficiency, then seeded and strewed the lawn areas that had been dug up. Everything is functioning properly now. The work took 3 days plus a later date for seeding and a prior date for tank draining. SeptiClean was responsive and sensitive to our needs to quickly make the repairs so we could resume normal water use in the house. I will use Septic Clean for all my future septic services.

Mike came. He knew his stuff. He repaired the pump float quickly. And he charged less than the other guys who came and said they were too busy to fix the problem.

I called on Friday, they came on Monday. I was not present, but left a check in a plastic bag for them. They performed the service and left a report on the front door. Highly recommended.

A week before Christmas we realized that the persistent plumbing problems we'd been experiencing were rooted in a major septic problem. Specifically, tree roots totally choking our drainfield, backing up the distribution box and tank. In retrospect, we were probably days away from brown water backing up into our holiday-guest-filled house. SeptiClean came out right away, did a complete and rapid repair, kept us well informed at every step, and the bill came in at the low end of budget. A less reputable company could have tried to gouge us, given the urgency of the situation and the season, or could have rushed through the work and cut corners. Instead, we feel we got excellent service at the right price and would highly recommend these guys.

SeptiClean arrived a few days following the initial phone contact. We did not have to be onsite for them to perform this service. They cleaned both the septic tank and internal filter as well as the adjoining pump tank. They did a thorough cleaning job at a very reasonable price. They also send the report to the appropriate county authorities. We would definitely use them again.

Greg, from Septi Clean, arrived in the early afternoon of the day after I called. I showed him the general location of the septic tank, he then did a little probing, found there the lid was, dug down to the lid and removed it. Then he pumped out the tank making sure that it was completely pumped out and then added some water to the tank and pumped a little more. I felt like he did a thorough job but I also thought the price was a little more than I remember from past years. Overall, I was satisfied with the service.

Septi Clean also took care of notifying the county that our tank had been cleaned in accordance with the county ordinance.

It seemed that I had a really hard time finding someone who served our area - they were one of the very few people that we could get to come out here and clean it. They were not close to us but they came up here. It struck me as being a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. They recommended that we do it every year but we had lived here for four years and hadn’t done it. It seemed like it was fine. We don’t do it every year. The only thing that kind of made us do it was that our next door neighbor’s overflowed and backed up into their basement. I don’t think that I was here when they did it but my husband was here. I didn’t interact with them at all. I think we had to be home to show them where to dig because the manhole was kind of covered. I think they came right when we set up the appointment to do it. I would use them in the future, if necessary.
