We identified an area of water damage on our interior drywall. After making a warranty request with our builder they sent out SC Companies to do an assessment of the damage. Representatives from the company came out in a timely manner took some photos and made sure that the area was contained. They then submitted a report to the builder who in turn approved SC Companies to continue work on the project. A few days later SC Companies came back out and started the demolition and mold removal. Once this was completed and the wall cavity was exposed they conducted some water testing in order to identify the exact source of the water intrusion. It turned out that the source of the intrusion was a cut in the house wrap in an area where the roof meets the siding which handles a large volume of water flow when it rains. The entire outside panel was replaced, rewrapped and again tested with water. After the outside issues were addressed the interior wall was rebuilt. During the whole process the entire work area was contained in plastic keeping the dust and debris from spreading throughout the house. Initially I was personally satisfied with the work that had been completed, but upon final inspection from Dave who was the field supervisor a few areas in the drywall seams were identified as not being quite up to his standards. He insisted that his painter would return to address these issues. The final product was very professionally done and it's almost impossible to tell that any repairs were done in the area. 
Over the whole course of this project we encountered several different employees with SC Companies and were impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. The work was completed in a timely manner and they seemed to pay attention to the smallest details going that extra step to make sure things were done properly. Since this was a warranty repair I am not able to speak to the issue of pricing.
