They did a fantastic job. Only hitch was that despite making appointment 3 weeks ahead of time, they didn't have a part needed to complete the work, which I didn't find out until waiting during first appointment. They called when the part came in a few days later, and the job was finished promptly.Love the look and the new radio!

They found that the installment kit provided by the seller of the receiver did not fit my car. They provided the correct kit, installed the receiver reasonably quickly, and gave me a credit for the incorrect installation kit provided by the seller of the receiver.

Everything looks and so far works great.  Looks like factory OEM installation in terms of fit and finish.  Elias was great to work with in developing options for installation, and very good in communicating and responsiveness to questions.  Pricing is good, but not exactly cheap - the high quality is worth the money.  These guys know what they're doing and try hard to make the installation perfect.  They also saved me a lot of hassle when their rep Mark flagged an issue with some equipment I brought in and was originally planning to install, and suggested I call the manufacturer to confirm before installation - and the manufacturer confirmed his warning.  These guys know their stuff and did a great job all around.

If you want the job done professionally and right the first time, use these guys. They are always top notch and will not return the car back to you unless it is done right. I gave them some pretty complex tasks over the years and they did them all to perfection. I had previously used another vendor on Route 1 who butchered my car. These guys fixed the job and made it right. Cars come from all over the region for work done here.

I picked out the stereo at the store a few days before the scheduled car stereo installation. I went to the Chantilly, VA store and the store owner helped me pick out the stereo for our car. I was looking for a budget stereo system so I decided to go with the demo unit that was on sale at the store.
The installation took about an 1hr and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. The stereo I had originally picked out had a defective CD player (which they discovered during testing) and to my surprise, the owner decided to give me a free upgrade to a newer model of the same stereo. Naturally, I was very pleased with the free upgrade.
Overall, big A+. Highly recommend.
