Ms. Hernandez cleaned windows very well, but assistant did not clean window screens, nor were several window tracks & sliding glass door track cleansed sufficiently. In fact, screen door was left torn, w/o a word to the wise of bad condition. She did clue owner to condition of steam-like condition occurring on inside of thermal glass of windows. I feel problem lies w/crew, perhaps, being too busy to complete task required.

My house and windows are looking great. They did, however damage some of my garden plants with the hose and left my sprayer in the grass. This was a 3 person job (only 2 came) so they had to return the next day which was not planned.

We hired Reston Window Cleaning LLC to power wash our home and clean our outside windows and 4 interior windows. I would not only hire them again, I would recommend them. We spoke with Edith to get an estimate and arrange time, etc. She was excellent. She and her crew very professional, courteous and certainly knew what they were doing. They were careful of my many plants and shrubs and very very neat inside the house as well. Well done!!!

Lady came with her son and tied off to him for fall protection. Was a little worried about this and didnt know if it complied with OSHA requirements. We asked her to remove our metal screens and after she cleaned our gutters, she accidentally left the metal screen rolled up in the gutter, which led to clogging.
