PODS Moving & Storage

It was awful. There is this system where the corporate office handles the (lack of) Customer Service and the local offices are prohibited from speaking with the customer. It's all designed to provide a miserable experience and ensure that the maximum fees are charged to the customer. I called and scheduled redelivery of my pods ofr wednesday. Only one showed up. I called them and they said  they didnt see an order for the other one but they do show both being picked up on friday. I explained that in the physical world in which we inhabit you can not pick up a pod that you have not delivered and that clearly the rep made a mistake in entering the order. He said he would call the local office which he did but he left a message and nobody called me back. I called the next day which was moving day and was told that they could now deliver today but I would have to pay $100 same day fee. I told them that was ridiculous, he didnt care and said take it up with the local office, you know the one you can't speak with. I am now trying to get my $100 back from them but I just get jerked around their call center. The tone in the voice of the reps lacks anything remotely close to empathy which tells me this is their game. Do as little as possible to help the ccustomer and hopefully they will give up and we can keep their money.
